Birthdays at the museum are fun, unique, and personalized to your needs!

We provide you with a room rental, themed activities led by our staff, and do the clean up for you. Get ready to celebrate without the stress!

How does this work?

High five! You’re a great parent who made it through another sun rotation! We’re here to celebrate you and your child: check out the FAQs below.

  • We provide a 2 hour party space rental, 30-45 minutes of themed activities for party guests, table and chair set up, cleanup, and themed invitations. You may also add a themed craft for $2/craft.

  • Our parties cost $10/child, with a minimum payment of $80. You must pay a $20 deposit to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable, but it goes towards your final party payment. You will pay the final amount after the party according to how many guests attended.

  • You must bring your own food and cake. You may bring any decorations you like, as long as they don’t mark our walls. We don’t have a freezer, so if you want an ice cream cake, bring a cooler!

  • You can have a party on a day that the museum is open: Tuesday-Saturday. Our party slots are 10:00AM - 12:00PM, 1:00-3:00PM, and 2:00-4:00PM. You can plan to arrive 30 minutes before your booking to set up, and leave 15 minutes after the booking ends.

  • Our themes are Nerf, Pony, Train Station, and Fairy. Scroll down this webpage for descriptions of all the themes!

  • Yes! If you’d like to use our space for a party but take care of your own activities, our rental rates will apply: $35/hour. We will still provide table and chair set up, and will clean up the space after you leave.

  • NERF

    Nerf, ages 5-12 Ready, aim, fire! For this Nerf themed party, the upstairs of the museum becomes a competition zone! Our museum staff will divide guests into teams and supervise them through Nerf games and challenges. All guns and goggles are provided. Get ready for an action-packed time!

  • PONIES

    Ages 4-8 Giddy up! During this party, your guests will take a ride on the museum’s beloved hobby-horses. After a round of riotous rodeo games, you’ll be ready for your cake!

  • TRAIN STATION

    Ages 4-7 All aboard! Suitable for younger children, this party consists of train station-themed party games. Guests must not forget their train ticket invitation: we’ll stamp it for them at the door. 

  • FAIRY

    Ages 4-12 It’s a magical world! During this fairy themed party, guests will go on a fairy scavenger hunt, learn about the clever creatures and plants that live in our forest, and create a beautiful craft to take home. Activities and crafts will be adjusted depending on the birthday guest’s age.
