The Botanist and the Moss exhibit

Out newest exhibit 'The Botanist and the Moss' will be opening at the end of March. This exhibit follows the travels of Scottish botanist Thomas Drummond during his expedition through the Athabasca Pass in 1825-26.

The exhibit features excerpts from his journal as well

as native plants growing in the space. The companion school program will teach children how Thomas and other botanist gathered and documented plants.

'The Botanist and the Moss' exhibit will be featured in the museum until January of next year.
